Early 20th Century Sports Shield
A very unusual copper school gymnastics shield. Beautiful hammered copper decoration with school crest and laurel leaf border on a shaped mahogany back. A substantial and high quality decorative piece. Original hanging plates attached. Engraved dates read from 1922 to 1939. A really eye catching and decorative antique shield that would look wonderful hanging in a hall or add interest to any interior scheme.
