Victorian Bamboo Corner Stand

A very striking 3 tier 19th Century bamboo corner stand with an unusual ogee shaped top. The three shelves are beautifully painted with birds, blossoms and foliage in shades of red and gold on a black japanned background. The condition of this Victorian corner stand is good, it stands firmly with no wobbles. The decoration of the shelves is in good order, as can be seen in the photographs. A distinctive and very decorative Victorian item, perfect for the display of a special collection or to add impact to a corner.
